Bunun \u00fczerine 14\u2019l\u00fck tabir edilen kal\u0131n demirlerin ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131 yap\u0131larak kanavi\u00e7e gibi alttan, \u00fcstten ve yanlardan \u00f6r\u00fclerek 60 cm kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda demir-\u00e7elik y\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 haline getirilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu \u00e7elik y\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7ine kuvvetlendirilmi\u015f beton d\u00f6k\u00fclerek b\u00fcy\u00fck bir beton k\u00fctle meydana getirilir. \u015eayet bir ucundan \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc manivelarla kald\u0131r\u0131lmak istenirse, ortas\u0131ndan b\u00fck\u00fcl\u00fcp k\u0131r\u0131lmadan \u00fcst\u00fcndekilerle birlikte komple kalkt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu \u00e7elik k\u00fctlenin i\u00e7ine, 5 katl\u0131 bir binada kullan\u0131lacak b\u00fct\u00fcn demirler kadar demir kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Bu sebeple deprem dalgalar\u0131, radye temeli ve \u00fczerindeki duvarlar\u0131 komple kald\u0131r\u0131p indirir. Temelde bir b\u00fck\u00fcl\u00fcp k\u0131r\u0131lma olmaz. Bu sebeple \u00fczerindeki duvarlarda birbirlerinden ayr\u0131lma veya birbirinin i\u00e7ine ge\u00e7me gibi bir hadise olmaz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ayr\u0131ca radye temel, d\u0131\u015f duvarlar\u0131n oturdu\u011fu alandan yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 m kadar daha geni\u015f at\u0131l\u0131r. Mesela 100 m2\u2019lik bir dairenin taban\u0131na yakla\u015f\u0131k 140 m2\u2019lik temel at\u0131larak, binan\u0131n a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n her tarafa e\u015fit yay\u0131lmas\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Radye Temel Kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Yap\u0131s\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Radye temel kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6netmeliklerde belirlenmi\u015ftir. Kiri\u015fli olarak projelendirilen radye temellerde radye d\u00f6\u015feme kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 20 cm&#8217;den az olamaz (bina cinsi, t\u00fcr\u00fc, a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 vb. durumlara g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fir). Kiri\u015fsiz olarak imal edilecek radye d\u00f6\u015femelerde minimum radye kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 30 cm olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca kiri\u015fsiz radye d\u00f6\u015femelerde z\u0131mbalama tahkiki ihmal edilmemelidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Radye temelin kullan\u0131m\u0131 sadece zemin emniyet gerilmesine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmemelidir. \u00d6rne\u011fin, zeminde \u015fi\u015fme problemi varsa, ters kiri\u015fli radye yapmak \u00e7ok ak\u0131lc\u0131 bir sistemdir. Bu y\u00f6ntemle \u015fi\u015fmenin binaya zarar vermesi \u00f6nlenir. Prensip olarak radye temeller sadece bodrum kata taban alan\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde yap\u0131lmaz. \u00dcst katlarda olan a\u00e7\u0131k veya kapal\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmalar\u0131n uzunlu\u011fu boyunca yap\u0131l\u0131rlar. B\u00f6ylece binan\u0131n selam vermesi \u00f6nlenir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Son d\u00f6nemlerde \u00f6zellikle mantar temeller reva\u00e7tad\u0131r. Yap\u0131da homojenli\u011fi sa\u011flamas\u0131, imalat kolayl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve zaman tasarrufu mantar d\u00f6\u015femelerini avantajl\u0131 hale getirmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Radye temeller binan\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne bak\u0131lmadan her yap\u0131da kullan\u0131labilir. \u00d6zellikle sorunlu zeminlerde kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi bir \u015fey s\u00f6ylemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde tecr\u00fcbelerimize dayanarak t\u00fcm binalar\u0131n temellerinin radye olarak planlanmas\u0131 ve imal edilmesi gerekti\u011fi kan\u0131tlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Tekil temellerin (radye temel d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda) literat\u00fcrden \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 ve her deprem b\u00f6lgesinde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n yasaklanmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu t\u00fcr temellerde (radye temel) donat\u0131 d\u00fczenine gelince, her ne kadar moment diagramlar\u0131 dikkate al\u0131narak pilyeli olarak dizayn edilebilirlerse de, alt-\u00fcst d\u00fcz \u0131zgara olarak dizayn edilmeleri hem rijitlik sa\u011flamalar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan hem de homojenlik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan idealdir.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Radye Temel Nedir?
